Best value Southampton student housing

We rented with City Estates for 2 years and Peter was consistently extremely responsive, helpful and generous as a landlord. The house was lovely and he or Mike were always available to come in and check if something needed fixing. Extremely reasonable rent also. Great landlord - would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience renting from City Estates during my three years as a student. It's a family-run company, and my landlord Peter was incredibly caring, responsive, and communicative the entire time. The houses were always in great condition - newly renovated, spacious, and well looked after. Peter really prioritised our safety and comfort, and it always felt like he genuinely cared about us as tenants. Renting with City Estates made my student years so much easier, I will genuinely miss renting with them and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!

I rented with City Estates for the past two years and they were excellent. I got my full deposit back and never had any issues. The landlord Peter was always on top of everything and if there was ever an issue, would get it sorted immediately. The property was also very affordable especially in comparison to other houses in Southampton, while still being a nice house to live in. I would recommend City Estates to all students looking for a house in Southampton if they want a reliable caring landlord.
