About us
We are a no fees private landlord and only manage properties we own in Southampton.
Our goal is to provide the best value student homes in the popular areas of Polygon, Portswood, Highfield, St Deny’s and the City Centre.
We have amazing reviews and feedback on Facebook, and most students stay with us for at least 2 years because of our friendly service.
City Estates are SASSH accredited landlords and for you peace of mind, our tenancy contracts have been supplied by University of Southampton and Solent University.
We use mydeposits, a deposit scheme authorised by the UK Government and have not had a deposit dispute in the last 10 years.
Our team has over 50 years combined experience of student house and includes recent graduates, members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Institute of Residential Property management.
